These Terms of Purchase ("Terms of Purchase") govern your purchase of products and services through us (the "Company Website" or "Website"). You are responsible for complying with all applicable Laws relating to your purchase, including all applicable Laws of any destination to which products are shipped. Order Processing

In certain circumstances, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to process or to cancel your order. This may occur, for example, when the product or service you wish to purchase is out of stock or priced incorrectly, when we suspect fraudulent activity in connection with your request, or when the Company otherwise deems it appropriate. The Company also reserves the right to take steps at its sole discretion to verify your identity in order to process your order. The Company will not charge you or will refund any amounts charged for orders that we do not process or that we cancel. Without limiting the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to: (i) revoke any offer published; (ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions; and (iii) change prices, content, promotional offers, product descriptions or specifications, or other information, without any obligation to provide notice of such changes (including after an order has been submitted, confirmed, shipped, or received, unless prohibited by law).

Product and Service Descriptions

The Company endeavors to provide accurate descriptions of products and services on the Company Website. However, the Company does not warrant that these descriptions are completely accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date, or error-free. If a product or service offered on the Company Website does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with these Terms of Purchase.

The Company Website may offer a quick preview feature for certain products. This feature allows you to view product pricing information and add items to your cart without opening the product page. The quick preview and "Add to Cart" functions are provided for your convenience only. Product pages contain more detailed product information, including origin, features, and pricing.

Pricing Information

The Company is committed to providing accurate pricing information for products and services on the Company Website. However, we cannot guarantee that pricing errors will be completely avoided. If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price on the Website due to a pricing error, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to process or to cancel any orders placed for that product or service. If this occurs, the Company will notify you via email. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to correct any published retail pricing errors at its sole discretion.

Product and Service Availability

The Company Website may contain inventory information for products. You may use this information to estimate the likelihood of immediate shipment after placing an order. Products are expected to be delivered to your shipping address within 30 days or less after successful payment, but actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as product unavailability, adverse weather conditions, carrier transit times, and delivery address. Unfortunately, the Company cannot guarantee that products shown as "in stock" will ship immediately, as inventory may fluctuate significantly on a daily basis. In rare cases, a product or service may appear in stock at the time a customer places an order, but may be sold out by the time the Company processes the order. If this occurs, the Company will notify you by email. Services that are out of stock are generally no longer available. If the Company determines that the product or service you wish to purchase is no longer available, it will cancel that item from your order. The Company will notify you via email and remove the item from the Company Website.

Special Additional Disclaimers and Obligations

In addition to the general disclaimers in the Terms of Use for products and services on this Website, products and services purchased through this Website: (a) may not include any manufacturer warranty, even if such warranty is offered elsewhere for certain products or services; (b) may not include any service or support options; (c) may not include product manuals, instructions, or safety warnings in your native language or in the languages of certain destination countries; (d) may not comply with standards, specifications, and labeling requirements of your jurisdiction; and (e) may not comply with voltage and other electrical standards of your jurisdiction (which may require the use of adapters or converters). You are responsible for researching the product yourself to ensure it meets your needs and can be legally imported into your jurisdiction, and you hereby agree to conduct such research on the product yourself.

Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the jurisdiction to which the product is shipped, including but not limited to any sales or use taxes, value-added taxes, or customs duties.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements we may enter into with you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
