Return Policy
Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellations prior to shipment or production. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Returns (If Applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Customers are responsible for no more than one shipping cost (including return shipping fees). No restocking or handling fees will be charged for returns.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit the amount back to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially appear on your statement. Next, contact your bank.
